Waterfront Botanical Gardens is an urban botanical garden located at the corner of Frankfort Avenue and River Road. Built on top of a former landfill, the Gardens are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating, inspiring, and enhancing appreciation of the relationship between plant life and a healthy environment.

All are welcome, all year long. From Master Gardener to planting novice, the Gardens are here for all to enjoy. Admission is FREE, pathways are stroller and wheelchair accessible, and there is plenty of on-site parking.

We need your help to grow! We have a long way to go to reach our 23-acre potential! Since opening to the public in 2019, we have developed three acres. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely on individual donations, memberships, program revenue, and special event rentals to continue growing. Your support at any level makes a difference!
